Thank you for your email drawing this matter to my attention.  This document was compiled by a group of Co-op University students as a research assignment some time ago.  It is not a sales brochure but rather was a document compiled listing the features being developed as part of our overall plan. Regardless, the entire document will be removed from the site shortly. 
 
I've never heard of the application of copyright being applied in such a manner but certainly respect your wishes.
